She moved to London in 1988 to study illustration and fine art at St Martin's College and the Royal College of Art and ended up staying in England for 17 years. Jane enjoys visiting nurseries and primary schools, and loves animals, country walks, fossil hunts, meeting up with her sons and their families in the UK and USA, and having fun with her granddaughters.Britta Teckentrup (Illustrator) Britta Teckentrup grew up in a town called Wuppertal. She's also a children's poet, so she's thrilled to bits to have three rhyming picture books with Nosy Crow (Who Woke the Baby, Old MacDonald's Things That Go, and I Saw Anaconda).
